Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Personalised or custom-made items.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear, swimwear, or cosmetics (if the seal is broken).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip or receipt.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong product.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited back to your account may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period, please double-check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the returns process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
